USA SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders over $120 within the USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders above $250

For orders less than $250, the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges. 

Items shipped internationally (outside the USA) are not returnable/refundable.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your new pieces! If for any reason they’re not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all U.S. customers.

For refunds, a $15 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you choose Store Credit, you'll receive 100% of the value paid with no deductions.

The return window begins on the date your order is fulfilled. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

DAMAGED GOODS

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email info@annaconcept.store within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
